Whats involved in your Welcome To The World session?
Tips for your session:
-Try to keep baby awake for 1-2 hours before the session
-A bath and a full feed before the session should make baby sleepy. The studio will be warm and cosy for baby
- Elisha's Photography will work accordingly to baby's needs so that you can give top up feeds as and when needed during the shoot
-If breastfeeding, please avoid drinks with caffeine and spicy foods the day before the session
- Please feel free to bring along 1 special item you would like to include in the session. Such as babies first blanket or teddy bear
-Please refrain from taking photos on your mobile phone during the shoot as they will not reflect the quality of Elishas's Photography's work and therefore permission is not given for them to be used outside of the studio.
The session will start by having baby changed into a suitable vest provided by Elisha's Photography. The vest will be chosen according to both the colour/theme and babies size. This may be changed on the day of the photoshoot if the vest does not fit. Elisha's Photography can not guarantee a perfect fit.
Baby will then be wrapped so that they are warm and cosy.
After some photos have been taken, the wrap will then be removed and baby will be carefully posed in various positions on the beanbag.
During the session at any point where most appropriate, accessories will be included.
To finish the photoshoot, some photos will be taken using a prop. Baby may or may not be wrapped for these photos. This would bring your session to a close.
Throughout the session Elisha's Photography will work accordingly to babies needs; allowing time for feeds and nappy changes throughout. Please allow up to 4 hours for your newborn session.
